We strive to raise the small or toy breed shih tzu and yorkshire terrier. We specificly breed for the conformation of the breed, and for good disposition. Happy and healthy puppies is our top priority here.

Our puppies are weaned between 6 and 7 weeks of age. They get their first parvo shot at 6 weeks, a DA2MP at 8 weeks, and another parvo at 10 weeks. They are wormed at 2, 4, and 6 weeks. If the puppies are to be shipped, they are health checked by our licensed veterinarian before they leave our home. We only choose to raise AKC puppies and all purchases will include full registration papers at no extra charge.

When you have selected the puppy you wish to purchase, contact us via e-mail or phone.  We will confirm that the puppy is still available and we will make arrangements for payment. deposit of $200.00 to hold is required at time of purchase and remainder of balance should be paid by the time your puppy is 8 weeks old prior to shipping. We will mark the puppy status as "On Hold" until your payment arrives. When we receive your payment the status will change to "Sold". Puppies range in price from $500 to $900 depending upon size, coat, color and conformation.  All of our puppies receive the same amount of pampering and attention to their health regardless of the price.  If a puppy has parents with excellent conformation the puppies will be a bit more.  This does not guarantee that your puppy will have perfect conformation but the possibility exists.  A puppy from an adult with less than perfect conformation will be at the lower end of the price range.  Males are usually less than females. By far the biggest determining factor in pricing is size... the smaller the puppy, the more it costs.  Our puppies all come with full registration and while we do recommend that you spay or neuter your pets, we do not offer a discount to do so.  Puppies are priced at birth... not before.

We have shipped all over the United States. We do not ship any puppy unless it is ready and doing well on its own. Most puppies are ready by 8 to 10 weeks of age. If you are located within 300 miles we can make arrangements to deliver your puppy personally to your door by us.

If necessary, your puppy can be shipped to any major airport in the continental US.  We prefer to ship puppies via Continental Airlines and will do so whenever possible.  Continental has an excellent reputation for pet handling and they do a good job of taking care of your puppy during transport. A $250 charge to ship by air includes the shipping fee, a crate for your puppy, and a health certificate by our veterinarian.  We will make the necessary shipping arrangements after we receive your payment in full.

Offer your puppy food and water as soon as possible after he/she arrives depending on how long he/she has been flying. Please call or e-mail us as soon as you arrive home so we know that your puppy has arrived safely. We feed and recommend Nutro Healthy Chioce for the first year.  A large amount will be taped to the top of the crate upon delivery.
